These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WeekendSignal website, content, products, and membership services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Educational Purpose Only – No Financial Advice
All content, including but not limited to market commentary, charts, trading ideas, signals, indicators, strategies, courses, and community discussions, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial product advice, investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product, security, currency, or instrument. Content is general in nature and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation, or needs. 5. No Guarantees or Warranties
The Service and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any representation or warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. You must not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or publish our content (including signals, indicators, training materials, and members‑only pages) without our prior written consent.

8. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that you will achieve any particular results, income level, or trading performance by using the Service. Any testimonials, case studies, or examples are exceptional results or personal experiences and do not represent or guarantee that current or future members will achieve the same or similar outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you have paid to us for membership fees in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
